These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and services provided by
BytesCrafter Software Development and IT Solutions. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rapol App (the “Platform”) or by purchasing/using any event ticket or entering any raffle administered by (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “User,” or “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2) Definitions

Event – Any in-person or virtual gathering listed on the Platform.
Ticket – A license (not ownership) to attend an Event, which may be digital (e‑ticket/QR) or physical.
Raffle/Promotion – A chance-based promotion or giveaway administered by the Organizer through the Platform.
Prize – Any item, cash, voucher, or entitlement awarded in a Raffle/Promotion.
User Content – Any text, images, data, or materials you upload or submit.

3) Eligibility; Territory; “Void Where Prohibited”

3.1 You must be at least [18/Legal Age] or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase tickets, create
an account, or enter a raffle. If you are a minor, a parent/guardian must consent and accompany you where required.
3.2 The Platform and any raffle may not be available in all locations. Raffles are void where prohibited or restricted. Organizer may restrict participation from certain countries/states/provinces.
3.3 Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Organizer and its affiliates may be ineligible for raffles unless expressly permitted by law and by these Terms.

4) Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials. Notify Organizer immediately of suspected unauthorized use.

5) Ticket Purchase; Fees; Taxes

5.1 Prices, fees (including booking/service fees), currency, and availability are shown at checkout and are subject to change before purchase. Applicable taxes are your responsibility and may be collected at checkout.
5.2 Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6) Delivery; License; Resale/Transfer

6.1 Tickets are delivered as specified at checkout (e.g., QR/e‑ticket, email, or box office). Keep your ticket secure. Duplicated, altered, or resold tickets may be invalid.
6.2 A Ticket grants a revocable, limited license to attend the Event. Organizer or venue may refuse or revoke entry for safety, non-compliance with policies, or fraud, with or without refund per Section 8.
6.3 Unless expressly allowed by Organizer, resale or transfer is prohibited or may be subject to caps, official exchange tools, or identity checks.

7) Refunds, Exchanges, and Chargebacks

7.1 All sales are typically final. Refunds/exchanges are only as stated at checkout or in the Event listing, or as required by law (e.g., consumer cooling‑off rights where applicable).
7.2 If the Event is cancelled, Organizer will provide a remedy consistent with the Event listing and applicable law (e.g., refund of face value or credit). If postponed/rescheduled, tickets are usually valid for the new date; refund options, if any, will be communicated.
7.3 Chargebacks not made in good faith may result in ticket cancellation and account suspension. We may contest improper chargebacks with your bank.

8) Event Admission; Conduct; Safety

8.1 Admission may require valid ID matching the ticket holder’s name. Late arrivals may be seated/queued at a suitable break.
8.2 You must follow venue rules, health and safety requirements, and lawful instructions of staff. Prohibited items/behaviors (e.g., intoxication, harassment, recording restrictions) may result in removal without refund.
8.3 Search/bag checks may be conducted where permitted by law.

9) Event Changes & Cancellation

Events are subject to change (performers, speakers, schedule, layout) at the Organizer’s or venue’s discretion. If materially changed, you may be offered options consistent with Section 7 and the Event listing.

10) Raffles/Promotions – Official Rules

Note: Adapt this section for each raffle and include legally required details and permits.
10.1 Sponsor/Organizer: [Organizer Legal Name, Address].
10.2 Eligibility: Open to residents of [Eligible Territories] aged [18+/legal age]. Void where prohibited. Employees and immediate family/household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are [ineligible/eligible]*.
10.3 Promotion Period: Starts [Start Date/Time, Time Zone] and ends [End Date/Time, Time Zone]. Entries before/after will not be accepted.
10.4 How to Enter:
Primary Method: [e.g., purchase a ticket; scan at check‑in; submit entry form].
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Where required by law, no purchase necessary. Submit [postcard/email/webform] with your full name, address, phone, and email to [AMOE Address/URL] received by [AMOE Deadline]. Limit [X] entries per person regardless of method.
10.5 Entry Limits & Disqualification: Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, or violate these Terms.
10.6 Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

ARV: [Amount] each; total ARV: [Total]. Prizes are non‑transferable, no cash alternative unless required. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal/greater value if unavailable.
10.7 Odds: Depend on number of eligible entries received.
10.8 Winner Selection: Random drawing conducted on/after [Drawing Date] by Sponsor or its agent, whose decisions are final.
10.9 Winner Notification & Verification: Potential winners will be contacted via [email/SMS/in‑app] within [X] days. Failure to respond, provide eligibility documents (e.g., ID, affidavit, liability/publicity release), or accept the prize within [X] days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate.
10.10 Taxes: Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt/use. Sponsor may require tax forms and withholdings as required by law.
10.11 Publicity Release: Where permitted, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/region for advertising without additional compensation.
10.12 Winners List: For a list of winners, send a request to [email/address] within [X] days after the Promotion Period ends.
10.13 Compliance & Permits: Sponsor will comply with applicable laws and obtain any required permits/registrations (insert numbers here: [Permit Nos.]). Promotions may be restricted or prohibited in certain
jurisdictions.

11) Intellectual Property; License to User Content

11.1 The Platform and all content therein are owned or licensed by Organizer and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
11.2 By submitting User Content, you grant Organizer a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify for formatting, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform and Event operations, subject to our Privacy Notice.

12) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third‑party rights; (b) upload malware; (c) scrape or harvest data without authorization; (d) use bots to obtain tickets/entries; (e) interfere with security or integrity of the Platform; (f) impersonate any person; (g) engage in fraud, scalping, or money‑laundering.

13) Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data, including for ticketing and raffles.

14) Disclaimers

The Platform, Events, and Raffles are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organizer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Organizer does not guarantee Event quality, continuous availability, or error‑free operation.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Organizer’s aggregate liability for claims relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the affected ticket(s) or (b) [USD/EUR/PHP] [Amount Cap].

16) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Organizer and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your misuse of the Platform.

17) Force Majeure

Organizer is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, extreme weather, public health orders, labor disputes, blackouts, internet failures, government actions, wars, or civil disturbances).

18) Third‑Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on third‑party sites or services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for those services or their terms or privacy practices.

19) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Insert the governing law and venue, e.g., These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Optional – Arbitration/Class Action Waiver (consult counsel): Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; class actions are waived. Arbitration location and rules: [Admin Body/ Rules].

20) Consumer Rights; Local Addenda

Nothing in these Terms limits non‑waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Organizer may publish Jurisdiction‑Specific Addenda to comply with local rules (e.g., AMOE requirements, prize cap limits, DTI/FTEB permits in the Philippines, state gaming restrictions in the U.S., Quebec promotions rules in Canada,etc.).

21) Assignment

Organizer may assign or transfer its rights/obligations under these Terms. You may not assign without our prior written consent.

22) Severability; Waiver

Organizer may assign or transfer its rights/obligations under these Terms. You may not assign without our prior written consent.

23) Entire Agreement

These Terms, Event listings, and any Raffle/Promotion Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Organizer regarding the subject matter and supersede prior understandings.

24) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
